Life will life and you may find yourself not knowing how to recover from the the pain or the the loss of the most recent blow life brought to you. If you have ever found yourself grieving the loss of the life you thought you would be living, feeling stuck in your hurt and not know what to do next. Here we will learn how to be Empowered to h.e.a.l. This workshop will take you on a 4 step journey to healing that you can put into action. This is not about getting over “it” but being empowered to know how to live with what you have left.
